Loan of EUR 75 million from EIB for Prague metro

Luxembourg, 22/02/2000 (Agence Europe) - The European Investment Bank has granted the first payment of EUR 75 million to the town of Prague, from a loan of EUR 150 million in all, for an extension to the metro of the Czech capital. The loan will finance the first phase in the 4 km extension of line C of the underground metro towards the north-eastern districts of the Czech capital.
