Close of antitrust investigation into behaviour of EPEX Spot SE in electricity trading market

25/07/2024 (Agence Europe) – On Thursday 25 July, the European Commission decided to close its antitrust investigation into allegedly anti-competitive behaviour by EPEX Spot SE in the market for electricity intraday trading facilitation services in at least six Member States (Austria, Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg and the Netherlands).
