24/04/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Monday 24 April, the European Commission approved the addition of the Swedish protected designation of origin (PDO) ‘Rökt Vättersik’ to the EU register of quality agricultural products. ‘Rökt Vättersik’ is a white fish from Lake Vättern that has been smoked.
