CivCom recommends establishing a civilian mission in Moldova to counter hybrid threats

The Committee for Civilian Aspects of Crisis Management (CivCom) of the EU Council is calling for, in a document of 29 March seen by EUROPE, the establishment of a new civilian mission in Moldova at the EU ‘Foreign Affairs’ Council of 24 April.
