20/03/23 (Agence Europe) – The Centre on Regulation in Europe (CERRE) think tank, published, on Thursday 16 March, a guide on access to data and algorithms to optimise the implementation of the Digital Markets Act (DMA) (see EUROPE B13054A14) and the Digital Services Act (DSA) (see EUROPE B13133A30).
