Some 20 travel and tourism associations co-sign code of conduct on data sharing

08/03/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 8 March, some 20 European associations representing the travel and tourism sector, including the European Travel Commission and Europa Nostra, signed a code of conduct on data sharing in the tourism sector. In concrete terms, this non-binding document is intended to build trust between the various players in the sector by defining common principles, such as interoperability, security, accountability and guidelines for data sharing.
