GDP growth of 3.5% in euro area in 2022

08/03/2023 (Agence Europe) – In the fourth quarter of 2022, compared with the previous quarter, seasonally adjusted GDP remained stable in the euro area and decreased by 0.1% in the European Union, according to an estimate published by the Statistical Office of the European Union (Eurostat) on Wednesday 8 March. Greece (+1.4%) recorded the largest increase in GDP, followed by Malta (+1.2%) and Cyprus (+1.1%), while Poland (-2.4%), Estonia (-1.6%) and Finland (-0.6%) registered the...
