ACER publishes its first report in a series of publications on state of energy market in 2022

01/03/2023 (Agence Europe) – On 28 February, ACER published its annual monitoring report on the wholesale electricity market. This first in a series of reports on the energy market in 2022 focuses on the main trends in the wholesale electricity market over the past year, marked by the surge in gas prices linked to the post-Covid-19 economic recovery and Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, as well as the European response to the crisis.
