European Commission refers to Belgium assessment of acquisition of Pannoc by ACE Belgium and Febelco

01/03/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission decided on Wednesday 1 March to refer to the Belgian national competition authority the assessment of the proposed acquisition of joint control of Pannoc Chemie NV (Pannoc) by ACE Pharmaceuticals Belgium NV (ACE Belgium) and Febelco CV, both established in Belgium.
