17/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – For the whole of 2022, the EU has a trade deficit of €431 billion, compared with a trade surplus of €55 billion in 2021, according to figures published by Eurostat on 15 February. EU exports increased by 17.9% in 2022, more than offset by a 41.3% increase in imports.
