European Commission consults on regulation governing exports of dual-use items

03/02/2023 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission has opened a consultation on its rules on exports of dual-use items (products that can have both civilian and military use) governed by the 2021 Regulation (see EUROPE B12717A4). Parties interested in the scope of the regulation, such as industry associations, government authorities, academic staff or NGOs, are invited to submit their comments online until 28 February.
