MEPs approve provisional agreement with Czech Presidency on electronic evidence

31/01/2023 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday, 31 January, MEPs on the European Parliament’s Committee on Civil Liberties, Justice and Home Affairs (LIBE) voted in favour of the provisional agreement on the two texts allowing electronic evidence to be requested. Both texts were adopted by a large majority.
