Personal data protection, EDPB welcomes decision of CJEU to declare WhatsApp’s action for annulment inadmissible

09/12/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 7 December, the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) welcomed the Court of Justice of the European Union’s judgment on the same day that WhatsApp’s action for annulment of a penalty issued by the Irish supervisory authority was inadmissible (see EUROPE B13079A26).
