European Commission endorses programmes of three countries implementing EMFAF 2021-2027

The European Commission adopted on Friday 9 December the Polish, Estonian and Irish programmes implementing the European Maritime, Fisheries and Aquaculture Fund (EMFAF) covering the period 2021-2027.

Poland will receive €732 million for the six-year period, of which €512.4 million will come from the EU budget. The funds for this country will be split almost equally between support for sustainable fisheries and aquaculture. Investments will be made in human capital, reducing fleet...
