After two trilogue sessions, no significant breakthrough has been achieved in the negotiations between representatives of the European Parliament and the Czech Presidency of the Council of the European Union on the inclusion of ‘REPowerEU’ chapters in national recovery plans as part of the Next Generation EU Recovery Plan, according to two sources consulted on Thursday 24 November.
