The European Commission Vice-President Margarítis Schinás outlined, on Wednesday 26 October in front of the European Parliament’s Special Committee on the Covid-19 pandemic (COVI), the main thrust of the EU’s strengthened global health strategy, which European Council President Charles Michel announced was being prepared for the Global Health Summit in Berlin (see EUROPE B13046A25, B12971A24).
