On Wednesday 12 October the European Data Protection Board (EDPB) adopted a list of different aspects of Member States’ procedural law that it believes should be harmonised at EU level.
The list, which was submitted to the European Commission for review, raises issues such as the status and rights of parties to administrative proceedings, procedural deadlines, and the conditions applicable for the admissibility or rejection of complaints.
