Christophe Frankel appointed interim Managing Director of ESM

06/10/2022 (Agence Europe) – The Board of the European Stability Mechanism (ESM) appointed France’s Christophe Frankel on Thursday 6 October as interim Managing Director of the euro area’s permanent rescue fund from Saturday 8 October until the end of 2022 or earlier, if a permanent solution is found by then.
