27/09/2022 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 27 September, the European Commission announced a €1.5 million package to help Sri Lanka tackle the socio-economic crisis affecting its people. The humanitarian aid will be used to provide food, health care and education services to the most vulnerable sections of the population, the Commission said in a statement. (MB)
