SMEunited calls for “immediate” revision of Late Payments Directive

27/09/2022 (Agence Europe) – SMEunited, which represents SMEs and craft industries at European level, urged the European Commission to come up with a revision of the Late Payments Directive (announced in the State of the European Union speech - see EUROPE B13027) as soon as possible, in a press release published on Monday 26 April. The employers’ organisation relies on a report published by the Joint Research Centre (JRC) on the economic impact of faster payments in B2B transactions....
