EU condemns Burmese army attack on school

21/09/2022 (Agence Europe) – “The European Union is appalled by reports of at least ten children being killed as army helicopters opened fire over a school in Tabayin, Myanmar”, said European External Action Service (EEAS) spokesperson Nabila Massrali on Tuesday 20 September. The death toll has risen to 11 since the EEAS announcement. The Burmese army has admitted hitting the school on 16 September but denies killing any children.
