Czech support of €20.2 million for farmers affected by crisis gets green light

On Thursday 14 July the European Commission approved a €20.2 million Czech aid package to support primary agricultural producers in the context of the Russian invasion of Ukraine.

This support was approved under the State aid Temporary Crisis Framework.

Eligible beneficiaries may receive limited amounts of aid in the form of direct grants. In particular, public support will consist of a reduction in the principal of operating loans granted to primary agricultural producers. The...
