MEPs’ rugby team has big ambitions

05/07/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Parliament rugby team was officially launched at the end of June with a view to participating in the Parliamentary Six Nations Tournament and the Parliamentary Rugby World Cup which will be held in France next year. The group, jointly led by French MEPs Eric Andrieu (S&D) and Anne-Sophie Pelletier (The Left), will be the first European team in an international competition of this kind.
