On Wednesday 29 June, the Council of the European Union agreed on its negotiating position with the European Parliament on the proposal for a European Single Access Point (ESAP), which is part of the Capital Markets Union (CMU) package to be presented at the end of 2021 (see EUROPE B12971A17).
