Eight countries join global pledge to reduce methane emissions

20/06/2022 (Agence Europe) – Egypt, Kosovo, Moldova, Oman, Qatar, Saint Lucia, Trinidad and Tobago and Uzbekistan have joined the global pledge to reduce methane emissions from the energy sector, bringing the number of signatory countries to 120, said the European Commission on Friday 17 June in a joint statement with Washington.
