The Ministers of Culture of the European Union Member States met in Luxembourg, on Monday 4 April. to discuss several issues, including the promotion of cultural exchanges and support for cultural and creative businesses. The war in Ukraine also came up for discussion with the participation of the Ukrainian Minister of Culture, Oleksandr Tkachenko, in a video conference to discuss possible support for the Ukrainian cultural sector.
