Russian military atrocities, EU to advance urgently on sanctions

Condemning in the strongest possible terms the atrocities committed by Russian armed forces in a number of occupied Ukrainian cities that have now been liberated, the High Representative of the Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Josep Borrell, warned, on Monday 4 April, that the EU will advance, “as a matter of urgency”, work on further sanctions against Russia.
