04/04/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission adopted, on Monday 4 April, a decision establishing equivalence between EU regulated markets and a number of US exchanges supervised by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (US SEC). Derivatives traded on these US exchanges will now be treated as exchange-traded derivatives under EU law.
