EU extends anti-dumping duty on Chinese acesulfame potassium

28/01/2022 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission published an implementing regulation extending a definitive anti-dumping duty on imports of Chinese acesulfame potassium on Friday 28 January. It is an artificial sweetener. In the EU, only Celanese Sales Germany GmbH produces it. It was this firm that filed a request for a review of the anti-dumping measures when they were about to expire.
