The European Commission published an implementing regulation on 17 January extending a definitive anti-dumping duty on certain grain-oriented flat-rolled products of silicon-electrical steel from several countries. China, Japan, South Korea, Russia, and the United States are targeted.
Such measures were already introduced in 2015 and expired in 2020. The European Steel Association filed a request for a review of these measures in order to pave the way for their prolongation.
