David Sassoli has died

10/01/2022 (Agence Europe) – The President of the European Parliament, David Sassoli, died aged 65 on the night of Monday 10 to Tuesday 11 January. He had been in hospital in Italy since 26 December "due to a serious complication caused by a dysfunction of the immune system", according to his spokesperson, Roberto Cuillo.
