Financial penalties: Poland asked to explain how it is bringing Disciplinary Chamber of Supreme Court into compliance with EU law

10/01/2022 (Agence Europe) – The Polish government had until the evening of 10 January to respond to the letter sent by the Commission on 22 December regarding compliance with the EU Court of Justice’s orders on the Disciplinary Chamber of the Supreme Court.
