The General Court of the European Union has rejected a claim for €176.1 million by the manufacturer of bagless cyclonic vacuum cleaners, Dyson, and several other companies to compensate for the damage suffered as a result of the illegality of the Regulation (665/2013) on the energy labelling of vacuum cleaners (see EUROPE B12133A27), in a judgment handed down on Wednesday 8 December (T-127/19).
