New Common Agricultural Policy is gradually coming into force
Brussels, 07/12/2021 (Agence Europe)

The new regulations on the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) entered into force, on Monday 6 December, after the publication of the texts in the Official Journal of the EU (see EUROPE B12845A12).

The new CAP will apply starting the 1 January 2023. For the years 2021 and 2022, a transitional regulation is in place, bridging the gap between the current and new legislation.
