European Labour Authority has now adopted procedures for mediating disputes

30/11/2021 (Agence Europe) – In a press release issued on Monday 29 November, the European Labour Authority (ELA) announced that the procedures for mediating labour mobility disputes in the EU Member States, and the cooperation agreement with SOLVIT have now been adopted. The Authority will launch the first mediation measures as early as 2022. They will relate to a variety of subjects, such as minimum wages, working time in cross-border situations, allowances or reimbursement of employee...
