Green light for prolongation of Polish aid scheme for electricity production from renewable energy sources

30/11/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 30 November, the European Commission approved, under EU State aid rules, the prolongation of an existing scheme to support electricity production from renewable sources in Poland. This measure was originally approved in 2017 with a budget of approximately €9.4 billion and was due to expire on 30 June 2021.
