DSA, Member States agree on future interinstitutional negotiations

The Ambassadors of the Member States to the European Union (Coreper) adopted, on Wednesday 17 November, a political agreement in principle (‘general approach’) on the text of the Digital Services Act (DSA) (see EUROPE B12828A2).

“There was an agreement by all delegations on the general approach of the DSA, but with a very narrow margin of manoeuvre for the Presidency to conduct negotiations with the Parliament in trilogue (inter-institutional negotiations)”, a diplomatic source told...
