Ratification process of Unified Patent Court is on track

The unitary patent and the establishment of the Unified Patent Court are back on track, according to a document from the Slovenian Presidency of the Council of the EU which gives a favourable assessment of the situation and which is due to be discussed by the Ministers of the Competitiveness Council (see EUROPE B12799A7) on Wednesday 29 September.
