28/09/2021 (Agence Europe) – Negotiations between national delegations on the Social Climate Fund are expected to start on 12 October, we are told. The talks will remain general at this EU Council working group meeting (see EUROPE B12786A22). Member States have questions about the Fund itself, including its impact on the 2021-2027 multiannual financial framework and on the EU’s own resources.
