New EU agency will be centrepiece of Commission’s proposed future anti-money laundering framework

The new EU anti-money laundering agency (see EUROPE B12720A16) will be the centrepiece of the new framework that the European Commission will present on 20 July. The draft legislative texts, obtained by EUROPE, give a taste of what might be on the table.
