European Union will receive an additional 150 million doses of Moderna Covid-19 vaccine in 2022

22/06/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Tuesday 22 June, the European Commission announced that it would order, on behalf of the EU-27, an additional 150 million doses of the Covid-19 vaccine developed by the US pharmaceutical company Moderna. The second contract concluded between Moderna and the European Commission gave the latter the possibility of requesting the delivery of these additional doses for 2022 (see EUROPE B12608A27).
