REACT-EU, European Commission approves more than €2 billion for five Member States

Brussels, 16/06/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Commission announced on Tuesday 15 June the approval of amendments to eight European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) and European Social Fund (ESF) operational programmes for Greece, Germany, Belgium, Slovakia and France under REACT-EU. These changes should provide a surplus of €2 billion in total, in addition to the funding already provided for under the structural and investment funds.
