ClientEarth and Low Impact Fishers of Europe launch legal action against Netherlands for misreporting fish catches and overfishing

16/06/2021 (Agence Europe) – On Wednesday 16 June, ClientEarth and Low Impact Fishers of Europe announced that they had launched legal action against the Dutch authorities “for leaving the door wide open for misreporting of fish catches and overfishing, in direct violation of European legislation”, according to a press release.
