European Public Prosecutor’s Office and Finland reach agreement regarding European Delegated Prosecutors

04/06/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Public Prosecutor’s Office announced on Friday 4 June that an agreement with Finland has been reached on the number of European Delegated Prosecutors for its country and in particular regarding part-time prosecutors. Finland and Slovenia are the only Member States participating in the European Public Prosecutor’s Office that have not yet appointed their European Delegated Prosecutors.
