Mr Michel deeply concerned about build-up of Russian troops

The President of the European Council, Charles Michel, expressed his “deep concern” to Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday 15 April about the ongoing large build-up of Russian military forces on Ukraine’s border and in illegally annexed Crimea (see EUROPE B12697A3 and related news).
