European Public Prosecutor’s Office and Hungary sign a working arrangement

09/04/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Public Prosecutor’s Office announced on Friday 9 April that it had signed a working arrangement with the Office of the Prosecutor General of Hungary. Hungary is indeed one of the Member States that decided not to join the European Public Prosecutor’s Office. Thus, any future judicial cooperation between the European Public Prosecutor’s Office and Hungary in criminal matters will be based on existing EU legal instruments. For the gathering...
