EU welcomes milestone of 100 countries supplied with Covid-19 vaccines through Covax

09/04/2021 (Agence Europe) – The Covax Vaccine Facility for Equitable Access to Covid-19 “has delivered life-saving vaccines to more than 100 countries on six continents”, the WHO, Covax, GAVI and CEPI triumphantly announced on Thursday 8 April. By 2 p.m. on Thursday, a total of 38 million doses had been delivered to 102 countries on six continents. 61 of these are among the 92 low-income economies.
