EU Member States agreed on Thursday 25 March on a connectivity toolbox that will bring together best practices for the cost-effective deployment of very high capacity fixed and mobile networks, including 5G technology.
These practices include exemptions from permits for certain civil works or financial incentives in spectrum auctions for network investments.
