Working group set up in Council of EU to address technical and other issues with ‘digital green certificate’

On Friday 19 March, the ambassadors of the EU Member States set up a group of experts who will work on the draft regulation creating a digital green certificate, a diplomatic source said.

These experts, appointed by the Member States, will begin their work on Monday 22 March. Many technical points are indeed left open by the proposal made on Wednesday 17 by the Commission (see EUROPE B12680A1).
