European Parliament committee to take Commission to court over lack of full visa reciprocity between EU and US

Brussels, 02/03/2021 (Agence Europe) – The European Parliament’s Committee on Legal Affairs decided on Monday 1 March to take the European Commission to the Court of Justice of the European Union for failing to achieve genuine visa reciprocity between the EU and the United States. Washington still requires visas for four Member States (Croatia, Romania, Bulgaria and Cyprus).
